New Wedding Party Growler Packages: The Photoshoot

Getting ready to launch our new Wedding Party Growler Packages required lots of thought: spreadsheets and data analysis; countless meetings (sometimes over beers) to brainstorm and a few web development setbacks. The photoshoot was the best part of the process. It was then, that we saw all of our thought and effort come to life. Here's a little peek behind the scenes.

We're crafty here at PGC. That means co-workers, friends and family are our models. Lucky for us, my sister-in-law got married the weekend before our shoot, and was passing through Portland on a Pacific NW honeymoon road-trip. Stephanie and Justin were gracious enough to play dress up in their fine wedding duds and spend the morning with us drinking beer and posing for pictures at Culmination Brewing. The team at Culmination was so amazing! Letting us in so early on a Sunday morning to litter the brewery with growlers and flowers. Culmination = awesome.

Hardcore Florist

Speaking of flowers, Kimberlee Allan from Hardcore Florist made the most incredible garlands, bouquets and cake decorations for us! She even managed to make the wonky "wedding cake" I made look presentable. No small feat, I promise you!

Erin Berzel, our kick ass photographer, is always a pro and a pleasure to work with. She keeps it light and fun, but she delivers serious results, as you can see from the photos.

If you've ever placed a wholesale order, or emailed customer service, chances are you were talking to these good looking guys, two of our owners, Chris Lyon and Paul Christensen. The ladies are Chris's girlfriend Laura and her good friend Melanie Trayer; they pitched in on hair and makeup. And let's not forget about Miss Frankie J, the labradoodle puppy. Seriously, how cute is she?

Now you've seen a peek behind the scenes of how to throw a wedding party on the fly. Look us up if you or someone you know is in need of the best wedding party gifts ever. We're excited to be a part of your special day!
